Cancelling a service

You may be cancelling your service due to multiple reasons. Not enough funds, no longer want the service etc. It's very straightforward to submit a cancellation request.

Head over to the Billing Portal and click "Services" then "My Services".

Next, click the service you want to cancel and select "Submit Cancellation Request". You can select whether you'd like the service to be cancelled immediately or at the end of its current billing cycle. You'll need to explain why you're cancelling, so we can use this feedback to improve our services. Once done, submit the request.

If you change your mind, open a ticket ASAP so that we can remove the request.
