Support access

In this article, you'll learn how to manage accesss through our support system.

When we need to access your server (after you contact us to ask for support), you'll need to enable the Support OP Access toggle.

Firstly, navigate to the panel and select "Advanced" on the sidebar menu.

You can now choose to enable or disable Support OP Access using the toggle.
