You are able to request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing a service, as part of our moneyback guarantee. Please review our Terms of Service prior to requesting a refund.

Navigate to the Billing Portal and open a billing support ticket, then explain the reason for your refund request. Our team will then process the refund or contact you for more information.
